Meet our Team

CEO - President

Tom has been President of AIC since 2003 and a member of the SC&RA since 1997.   Tom currently holds the position as President of the SC&RA.  He loves spending time at the Lake with his family and cheering on all University of Kentucky sports!

Controller

Karen has been with us since 2015 and has over 40 years of experience in the accounting field.  Karen loves reading, swimming and spending time with her family.

Estimator - Operations Manager

Jim has been with since 2003.  Overall Jim has 44 years of service in this industry, has held several management positions and has taken numerous

Business & Management Classes.

He loves to spend time with his grand kids & go to the lake.

Estimator - Project Manager

Braden has been with us for 6 years.  He loves the Lord, family and the opportunity to meet and establish relationships with his customers in order to best serve their needs.

Division Manager- Large Projects

Anthony has been with us since 2007.

Project Manager- Large Projects Division, Corporate Safety Director

Kline has been with us since 2015.  He has a B.S. from the University of Kentucky in Landscape Architecture, a Master's in Construction Management, an OSHA 510 Certification and a Level 1 Construction Certification from the American Institute of Construction.

Estimator - Project Manager

Project Manager 

Jeff has been with us since 2010.  His background includes fabrication, construction, manufacturing

infrastructure, purchasing and team development.  Jeff manages projects

from concept through commissioning. 

Team Lead & Safety Director

 Kevin has been with us since 2016.  He has a CDL license & certifications for nccco, rigging and signaling, OSHA 30 and 10 as well as an Associates Degree in Occupational Health and Safety.  After exiting the Marines Kevin began working with Cranes and specializing in safety.
